Privacy policy

QuoteSnapPro provides tools for contractors to prepare and manage estimates. This policy explains the information used to operate the service.

Information we collect

We receive your name and email address when you sign in. We store the customer, project, pricing, status, and job-photo information you choose to add. If you use the feedback form, we store your rating, comment, and any optional name or reply email you provide. Our payment provider processes billing details; QuoteSnapPro does not store full payment-card numbers.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate you, provide your private workspace, save and calculate quotes, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve service reliability.

First-party product analytics

We record a small set of product events—such as a landing-page view, account creation, first quote creation, and trial activation—to understand where setup is confusing. These events may include the page path, time, a temporary browser-session identifier, and your account email when you are signed in. They do not include customer names, quote notes, line items, job photos, or payment-card details. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

How information is shared

We use service providers for hosting, authentication, storage, payment processing, and—when configured—feedback email delivery. They receive only the information needed to provide those functions. We do not sell your personal information.

Account separation and security

Quote and photo requests are authorized on the server against the signed-in account. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so avoid storing information that is not needed for a quote.

Retention and deletion

We keep account information while your account is active and as needed for legal, security, and operational purposes. A self-serve account-deletion control is not currently available.

Your choices

You may access and correct quote information in the app, cancel billing through the customer portal, and request account-data deletion. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply.

Changes

We may update this policy as QuoteSnapPro changes. The effective date above will be revised when material updates are published.
