Terms of service

These terms apply when you access or use QuoteSnapPro. By using the service, you agree to them.

The service

QuoteSnapPro helps create, store, calculate, print, and track contractor estimates. It is a workflow tool, not accounting, tax, legal, engineering, or construction advice. You are responsible for checking every scope, price, tax, and customer document before use.

Your account

You must provide accurate account information, safeguard access to your account, and use the service only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for quote and customer information submitted through your account.

Subscriptions and trials

Paid access is offered at the price shown at checkout. A trial converts to a paid monthly subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Fees are billed in advance, plus applicable taxes, and are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, probe or bypass security, access another person's data, upload malicious or unlawful material, interfere with operation, or use automated methods that create unreasonable load.

Your content

You retain ownership of the information and photos you submit. You give QuoteSnapPro permission to host and process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service.

Availability and changes

We may change or discontinue features and may suspend access to protect users or the service. We aim for reliable operation but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. QuoteSnapPro is not responsible for lost profits, missed jobs, pricing errors, or indirect damages arising from use of estimates. Any liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, where permitted by law.

Ending use

You may stop using QuoteSnapPro and cancel your subscription at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
